Questions people ask

Straight answers.

The questions small-business owners ask most, answered plainly. Don’t see yours? Ask it.

  • Why should I choose Bardroom Brand Lab?

Because the work doesn’t stop at how it looks. Every site is checked for visitors who use screen readers or have low vision, speed-tested on slow phone connections, and checked at real phone, tablet and desktop sizes before it goes live. Your Google listing is set up properly, your pages are labeled so search engines understand what you do, and you get a photo shot list and props guidance drawn from years on national brand shoots. Add a process with six scheduled moments, a launch test where we use your site like a customer before anyone else does, and every account held in your name. Big-brand standards, sized for a small business.

  • Who is this for?

Owners who already have customers and a track record, and a website that doesn’t show it. If you’re earlier than that, the first conversation is still free, and you’ll leave knowing what to do first.

  • Why aren’t there prices on the site?

Because every project is priced once, in writing, for what it actually needs, and a number on a page would be a guess. The first conversation is free, and you’ll leave it with a straight read on what this would cost. If the budget and the job don’t match, you’ll hear it in that conversation, not after a proposal.

  • How long does it take?

Brand work runs a few weeks; a full brand and site, a few months. You’ll get every date on one page within 24 hours of our first working session, so you’re never guessing.

  • I already have a logo. Do I have to start over?

No. If it’s working, we keep it and build around it. If it isn’t, we’ll show you why before we suggest touching it.

  • Do you only work in Chicago?

We’re based in Chicago and work with businesses and nonprofits nationwide. Everything runs over calls and shared documents, so distance changes nothing.

  • What happens after launch?

Thirty days of help and plain-English guides come with every build, and tracking runs from day one in your own account. The optional 90-day report — a plain reading of who visited, what they clicked, and how many got in touch — is priced separately.

  • What if I decide it’s not for me?

Then you’ve had a free conversation and a straight opinion. There’s no deposit until you’ve seen a written price and said yes to it.
